Unique country residence in a traditional Georgian style while embracing 21st century technology and modern construction.
Construction of a new build dwelling in North Dorset for a private client. This traditionally designed property benefits from modern construction methods and detailing including underfloor heating throughout provided by High Temperature Air Source Heat pumps.
Construction was by HHP Ltd. of Wincanton who also provided all bespoke joinery items including traditional sash and casement windows, internal and external doors, and Oak staircase.
The house was built from a mix of local Marnhull Stone and brick under a plain clay tile roof.
