Proctor Watts Cole Rutter inherited this project when the developer bought the site in Kentish Town – former railway yard and club with major restrictions, with access and planning legislation.
The development consists of 20 no. 4-storey houses with basement parking and communal areas, resulting in a tight but pleasant layout.
