The project involved obtaining Listed Building Consent to replace front door and first floor windows to improve the quality of the internal environment by enhancing natural light and thermal performance while remaining sensitive to the historic character of the building.
In addition, the scope of works included comprehensive redecoration to both ground and first floors, alongside external redecorations and repairs.
